At Restore Her Wellness, my work is devoted to supporting women through therapeutic, restorative facial and body treatments guided by the healing power of touch. Every session is designed to gently guide your body out of fight or flight and back into rest and digest, where true healing, balance, and restoration begin.

I am deeply passionate about helping women navigate perimenopause, burnout, sleep disruption, hormonal changes, and the invisible weight so many carry. I often say, the body keeps the score, even when you don’t feel “stressed,” your body may be showing signs through tension, fatigue, overwhelm, or disconnection.

My signature techniques work with your nervous system, not against it. There is no fixing, forcing, or pressure here. Instead, each treatment is an invitation to soften deeply, release stored tension, and return to a sense of safety within yourself.

My treatment room is a calm, nurturing, judgment-free space where you are welcome exactly as you are. Here, you can breathe, let go, and reconnect with your body without expectations, explanations, or masks.

There is free parking either on my drive or on the close. I will meet you on your arrival and take you through to your treatment. If you have any special requests please do get in touch as your comfort is important to me.
